I'm having trouble with my first gaming pc I built a few weeks ago. I'm getting big fps drops and all my fps are the same between all graphics settings. Bf4 runs from 45-100 fps, average 60, on ultra and the same on low. Titanfall maxes at 60 and will drop to 45 when there's a lot of action. I'm thinking cpu bottleneck even though the internet says I shouldn't have an issue. Just did a fresh install of windows and installed all the newest drivers again to try and solve the issue. If I watch usage on hardware monitor and msi afterburner, my cpu usage is pegged at 100% for most of the cores and gpu is around 50% for both. Previously my one 760 was about 80-99% usage
System
Cpu: AMD 8320 stock speeds
Cooler: hyper 212 evo
Mobo: Asus m5a99 fx 2.0 pro
Ram: corsair vengeance 8g 2133
Gpu: 2x msi gtx760 gaming sli
Psu: corsair cx750m
Case: NZXT phantom
Storage: 120g ssd and 1 tb 7200
Do I need to get either an i5 or i7? If so can you recommend a combo that fits my needs? I was thinking 4670k but if an i7 will perform better I'll spend the money at this point. I'm still in the return period for the cpu and mobo so it's not like I'll lose any money, just pay a little more.
Thanks
