cpu bottleneck gpu

Will my cpu Amd athlon x2 5000+ 2.20 Ghz with 4 Gb RAM bottolneck the sapphire radeon r7 260x oc edition?

And can i run it on my mobo that has pci express 1.0 (i think), but the gpu is pci 2.0?
I am planning to upgrade my mobo and cpu to an i3 4150

My mobo is j&w jw-a61pm-d2

you can run it without bottlenecks and a gpu will work on pci 1.0

Shadows1234 means PCI express gen 1.0 but the rest of what he/she said is true your CPU will not bottle neck that GPU at all.
