Hi, I recently purchased a Geforce Gigabyte RTX 2060 6GB OC edition to upgrade from my previous GTX 960. In some particular games I have seen good improvements in performance such as Rainbow six Siege, and Escape from Tarkov, however, I feel as if I have some other preexisting computer issues that weren't quite fixed by this fairly expensive upgrade. In most games, I'm getting very little frame-rate difference between low and high/ultra settings such as PUBG, Battlefield 1 and CSGO. In fact, at lowest settings in PUBG my computer seems to perform far worse than when everything is maxed out (same issue in battlefield). I've heard of CPU bottleneck issues and whatnot and just wanted some help to determine whether I should upgrade any other parts of my computer in order to give me a smooth gaming experience, as I feel as if my computer isn't reaching its performance potential.
My computer specs are as follows:
