Question CPU bottleneck on i5 8400 playing battlefield 5

I currently have an i5 8400 with a vega 56 and 16gb of ram. I am experiencing frame drops on battlefield 5 and cpu usage is up to 100%. Is the problem a bottleneck. Here is the gameplay https://drive.google.com/open?id=1nr3HYq3XpFC8RmdJ1b63NgmSi5113NKB

There is probably a slight CPU limitation. That's just the nature of Battlefield multiplayer. Battlefield 1 multiplayer killed the quad-core, and Battlefield V killed the hexa-core and quad-core w/ HT.

*Edit: I made an overstatement. The games are perfectly playable with those CPUs. They just show their limitations.

It is possible by limiting your frame rate so cpu isn't overworked doing game code & preparing frames. Can use Msi Afterburner to limit fps, try around 60.
