CPU bottleneck? Should I upgrade?

I've noticed a lot of new games are running quite slowly on my current build:

i5-4460
Sapphire nitro r9 380
Gigabyte H81M-22H mobo

I was thinking of upgrading to a ryzen 3 1300x and upgrading the mobo to a A320M-HD2

But before I do, is my graphics card going to bottleneck the 1300x?
And is there any other better upgrade path than this to go to a mid-range pc that can run most games on high 60fps at 1080p?

Minor upgrade. Not worth it.

Better upgrade ram to 16GB and get SSD.
For any significant upgrade look for better GPU.

If I upgrade my gpu to a 1050ti would that be worse than my current gpu? And would my cpu bottleneck the gpu?
