better performance than the setup you listed
the FX9000 is a pretty bad and outdated CPU
also threw in a better SSD and one of the best boards in it's class

Solution
Nope the IPG sucks this is why I've not upgrade my T960 unlocked to a thuban 6 core at 3.72Ghz. Clock for clock the fx-6300 is no faster than the much older AMD's. I for example would only get about a 25% gain in total performance from the fx-9590 that rarely would show in games. I'm waiting on Zen and if it fails to impress ill get a new 7600K kabylake build.

I just have it laying around. So just was going to use it until I buy another one perhaps some time later.

thank you, didnt know that fx90000 was that bad, haha am not the best in these things

honestly, AMD always fails to deliver.
I remember when it was said "wait for Bulldozer, it'll be awesome". and they delivered pure disappointment.
then they said "the Rx480 will be awesome!" and we got a card that could barely keep up with the 1060
now it's again the ZEN hype - I reckon it will be just another big let-down by AMD who are apparently better in generating a hype than to produce supreme hardware, sadly

but yes, if timing is no issue, wait for ZEN & Kaby Lake
