cpu build question

what will happen if the ram is higher then what cpu supports ,
cpu - intel 5930k 2133mhz ram support
ram - gskill 2400mhz
motherboard - asus rampage v supports 2400mhz ram

OCing the RAM, or use the intel XMP profile in the BIOS, you are fine.
