Not all horrible, It's just there are very few decent ones.

2 builds, both beat the PS4 by a good margin, all parts can easily be found on snapdeal and flipkart.

FX6300
GA-78LMT-USB3
2x4GB G.Skill Ripjaws
GTX 960 (Get the cheapest one you can find, they're all solid)
1TB WD Blue/Seagate barracuda.
Antec Neo Eco 520W
CM N200 computer Cabinet.

i3-4150
H81M-CS
2x4GB G.Skill Ripjaws
GTX 960 (Get the cheapest one you can find, they're all solid)
1TB WD Blue/Seagate barracuda.
Antec Neo Eco 520W
CM N200 computer case.

i have contacted local trader,
amd based i m getting for 39500
and intel based for 41560
and very sad news , R9 280 ain't availabe in local market so i m getting GTX 960 for 15670
so i m confuesed now in big way,
amd = fx 6300 7600 rupees
intel=i3 8345 rupees
now what should i do , which system should i go ,
someone told me that amd have heating problem and some says that it runs fine .....!!
now what should i do ...!!
and i have also heard that GTX 900 series giving witcher 3 free

The i3 is slightly generally faster than the 6300 (Check the GTX 760 benchmarks in the link below), but the 6300 can easily be overclocked to catch up. (Will even exceed the i3 when overclocked a good amount)

Both processors will do the job just fine, But if you are playing anything poorly optimized that requires strong singlecore perf like GW2 take you may want to consider running the i3 instead of the 6300.

Running AMD systems won't really be much of a problem if your case has good airflow (The CM N200 is perfect for that, Has 2 fans that are plenty for the whole system) unless you are in extremely hot climate. Back down overclocks during summer and clean your PC of dust every 2 weeks or every month and it should be fine.

GTX 960's may or may not include witcher 3 with the purchase, contact your dealer for details. (If it has Witcher 3 for free advertised on the box it will always contain a code, though)

in my city in summer days heat is very much like 47 degree celcius , will that amd and GTX 960 will run fine, and i m opting for amd because i have read forums , and FX seems better still it is old than i3

okay, is their any case that will support the overclocking, and the problem is only when their are summer days in winter and rainy season the temprature goes like 7 or 15 degree celcius so please suggest me a case for the build, and i m opting for amd base build and also when i went to the local shop they said that i will require more powerful PSU......like 650 or 700W

in my country GTX 960 4 GB is of 24500 rupees and my budget for gpu is 17000 rupees .........!!! is their any other card...???

i3 = 2 core
fx 6300 = 6 cores ...???
upgrade path...??? , i think current gen games supports quad core processor ....!!! and i3 is of 2 cores ...????
GPU= i have chosed GTX 960 2GB...!!!

The i3 has 2 strong cores split into 4 threads while the 6300 has 3 modules with 2 weaker cores each, they perform about the same but one gets ahead of the other depending on the game.

i3
PROS
-Higher single core performance, great for poorly optimized games like GW2
-Somewhat lower TDP (40W)
-Future upgrade path, good if you know you will have plenty of money for future upgrades.

CONS
-Cannot be overclocked.
-Slower in highly threaded applications. (Photoshop, etc)

FX 6300
PROS
-Can be overclocked
-Good threaded performance
-Great processor if you are not planning on upgrading for a while
-(?)Better forecasted DX12 Performance(?)

CONS
-Somewhat higher TDP.
-Low single-core performance.
-Dead upgrade path.
