CPU CACHE 8MB vs 16MB? AMD FX 8350

Does the CPU Cache size matter? What improvements would I notice in day to day use/work/gaming from a larger cache?

The CPU Cache is a level above the RAM. There's a small difference, but we are measuring 8 vs 16 MB, which is not a lot of data.

This is old, but still relevant. It's just a small part of a larger equation as to which processor is better.

Cache size may make a difference, depending on the cpu architecture. Of course, more is always better, but how much better depends on the specific CPU.

it depends on cpu core for about how much cache is optimal
so don't compare cache and indeed compare arch for which you have to compare benchmarks of cpus
