CPU came off with heatsink fused together. How to remove it?

So one day while I was upgrading my processor I tried to remove the heatsink, I left the computer on prior for 10 minutes to melt the paste a little bit to make it easier. I twisted the heatsink slightly to try seperate them but had difficulty to do so so when I tried to take off the heatsink, the cpu ended up coming off with it. Miraculously no pins were damaged (Well I did accidentally drop it due to the clumsy dumbass I am but I bent back the pins after) and now months later I'm willing to try get the cpu off. Can anyone tell me a safe method to seperate them?

I just slide the cooler off when its tight. Shouldnt be a problem

What cpu and what motherboard? for most boards there's a locking mechanism for the cpu that prevents exactly this from happening

I would actually recommend using dental floss to separate them

Specs are in the bottom right of my post. And I tried using dental floss before but they're entirely fused and I did use alcohol.
