[SOLVED] cpu cant hit its potential

so my AMD A4-4355M in almost every spec page it says that it can reach up to 2.4 Ghz but i barely can hit only 2.0Ghz what is wrong with it, by the way im with the high performance profile on

I would go into the BIOS and look for something regarding enabling "turbo".
That CPU normally runs at 1.9GHz.
Also.....I think that even though Turbo is enabled.....you won't reach turbo speeds unless the CPU NEEDS to reach turbo speeds.
So if you aren't doing anything demanding....you probably won't see over 2.0 GHz.
