anyone know how to make the hdd rack or psu covers like the ones on the pic
i would like to know cos i want to make a simple black cover thank you

acrylic isn't that hard to work with, polycarbonate is trickier but it's more scratch resistant.

you could try rigid foam board from a craft shop, that's real easy to cut with a sharp knife.

they're for conservatory roofs. there's ebay sellers that will cut perspex/acrylic to size in whatever colour, for not much cash.

i think ill buy acrylic then bring it to the people who make sliding doors and make them cut it for me xD

one last thing, there will be a plastic film protecting the faces. leave them in place as long as possible. ideally, it should be the last thing 😉
