Question Cpu change detected on a new mb

I purchased an Msi z390a pro motherboard along with a new set of parts and the first thing that I get at its first startup is the "cpu and memory change detected"
I don.t remember seeing this message when I built my previous PC.s. Could it be a resealed item?

Did you reset CMOS/BIOS ?

No. I just assembled everything and this was the first thing i got on screen. It is a scratch build.
I hit F1 for setup and it worked. I just find that message suspicious

You might wanna check the RAM sticks, see whether that the mobo does detected those RAM sticks

That is not the problem. All is working fine. It was the message that got my attention.
I never got it on my previous pc.s, which makes me suspect it was used before. And I paid for a new mb not a resealed one
