CPU Chipset installation

Hello, I've never installed an CPU Chipset beforem not sure if that's a good or a bad thing, but now i've purchased an i5 3470 @3.2Ghz running on Windows 8.1! My question is, what are your guys' Suggestions?

The CPU is installed and working fine for a month now, but i havent installed any drivers like i have done with the GPU, basicly no Chipset driver for the CPU!

then download the drivers from the manufacturer website.

Chipset drivers depend on your motherboard. Go find the manufacturer's website and download the drivers from there.

Go to the MOTHERBOARD site to get the drivers you need.

There's other software there too including a program that lets you control your FANS as well (if plugged into the motherboard and variable).

I do have the Disc of the motherboard, but isn't it outdated and instead download it from the Intel's website?
