i5-12400f versus Ryzen 5 5600 for 850 gaming pc build at the current price points. I’ve seen the benchmarks that the i5 is better at most but with the 30 price difference now is it still worth it?

The i5-12400f performs better than the r5-5600 in games...it's worth it, if you think getting a bit more performance is valuable.

Still undecided. Getting opinions but trying to decide in time before Christmas. Trying not to buy the wrong thing lol.
