Question CPU clamp screws--replacements

I recently purchased a used ASRock Z590 WiFi 6E motherboard. It appears to be in good to excellent condition. Much to my suprise, however, the clamp that holds the CPU chip in place was NOT screwed to the motherboard. Both the clamp itself, and the three screws (which require a hexagonal star screwdriver like the on in my pc tool kit)that were intended to fasten the clamp in place, were included. HOWEVER--when I attempted to use those screws to fasten the clamp into its designated place on the motherboard, they failed to tighten, as if they were too small for their designated holes! How can I correct this? Do I need to buy new screws? If so, where can I purchase them?

you´ll need to use the back plate and screw the screws in that to hold the clamp
