What parts ?In my BIOS I have my CPU set to 4Ghz, but when I start windows, it goes down to 3.4 GHz and won't go off of it no matter what I do. Ive set it to 4.1, back to 3.2, and to auto. Resetting the CMOS didn't do anything.
Did you manually set multiplier to. 41 in BIOS and save it ?Ryzen 1600 and MSI x470 Gaming Pro motherboard
