I have my Phenom ii x6 1055t clocked to 3.7ghz. While gaming earlier (FIFA 19) CPUID HWMonitor recorded some insane clocks.... Temps fine, PC running great. Still running, hours later.

Power management is disabled along with turbo boost, so clock fluctuations shouldn't, or normally don't happen. But it also recorded an insanely low minimum aswell (While still in game)

Is this just something that happens sometimes or should i be worried?

Well i decided to look in my BIOS again to see if there was anything that could have been causing it to drop or increase (because I had been sure everything was off) But I found a Thermal Temp Control (Not exactly sure if thats the name), and it was yet another setting to control voltages and clock speeds. I have disabled that, and was able to bump my 13.5x to 14x giving me 3.8ghz, without a problem. Checking complete stability now.... CPUID HWMonitor definitely helped me catch that last setting though. Because my speed shouldn't have slowed at all.
