Question CPU Clock speeds.

Sup everybody! First time post.
I built my first PC...

AMD Ryzen 5 3600
AORUS X570 Elite Wifi
AORUS 1060 6gb
G. Skill 32gb
NZXT cooler, power, and case.

Everything went ok, with a few minor bumps, but works.
When I have the NZXT Cam app open, it says my
CPU is running at 41xxMHz already?
Is my PC running at max MHz already?
Temp is low, 90-105F. Surfing the web and streaming YouTube.
Does anybody have a better app to show my PC temps and speeds?
More accurate, all in one app?

Frequency you are seeing maybe for only one core. most of SW and Ryzen Master show only highest core.
