CPU Clocks at maxed when idle?

Help guys. Why is my idle temp so high? My core clocks on hwmonitor are maxed out.

I have an AMD FX-6300 and Hyper 212x cpu fan. Thanks guys!

if you are working on windows the go to taskmanger and then go to process tab after that select cpu then you will get then the process which is using max cpu and the if the process is not nessaray please end that process
