The title explains most of it. I will not be overclocking, but from what I have heard, the stock cooler sucks. Any ideas?

The intel cooler is sufficient, albeit barely, for stock clocks. If you were personally concerned, I'd look to the cooler master 212+ as a cheap alternative.
