1. core i7 10700k
VS
2. amd Ryzen 7 3800X


if i choose one of them and add a Graphix card in future . which will make a better choice?

The Intel is faster single thread and the Ryzen is faster multi-thread.
For gaming...the intel may have a slight edge with single thread games but multi-thread games are becoming pretty common.

What do you plan to do with your computer? If it's mainly gaming I'd go with the 10700k, if it's mainly proper workloads like video editing, rendering etc. Then the 3800x would be the better option.

The i7-11700K initial passmark comparisons look very promising.
But, there are only two samples.

Without a dedicated GPU, only Intel has IGPU, that Ryzen doesn't.
