You are using an LGA771 CPU in an oem 775 mobo, so it is not a good idea
You will need to
- Modify the CPU to fit
- have the motherboards bios professionally modified to see the Xeon

Avoid all of the Xeons using the LGA 771 socket (like the X5450 or 5460). They aren't worth the hassle to get working.
