CPU compatiblty and gaming performance.

Hello, i have a HP envy 700-406 with a A-10 7700k, and a GTX 960, and i was looking at the A-10 7870k but what i was wondering is, would the GTX 960 bottleneck the 7870k? and would the A-10 7870k be compatible with my motherboard.
