I already have zotac gtx 750 1gb
Im planning to buy these components

Biostar Hi-Fi H61S3
Intel Core i5-4440 or Intel Core i3-4160
Apotop Memory 4gb

I want to play games as smooth as it can possibly be ^_^

Solution

That motherboard is fine as long as it has all the features you need, including audio ports and such.
Stop. Don't buy the motherboard or cpu. They are incompatible. The H61 supports Sandy and Ivy Bridge processors (2xxx and 3xxx series). The 4440 or the 4160 will not work. You week need to either buy a H87 motherboard or a 3xxx Intel cpu.

Okay. Depending Game engine and image quality the game may not run at a higher frame rate with a Lower tier GPU but in this case i would say the i3 4160 would offer smoother gameplay in some games , not all, and offer similar performance for much less cost.

if you going to use a H61 motherboard then i would get a 3rd gen i5.
If you getting a H97 motherboard, then get the i5 4440.
Whether it will makes games smoother depends on what games you playing.

how about Asrock H81M-VG4 ?

At least get a B85 motherboard and an i5-4440 CPU.

I really wanted to play games like : Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor , Watch dogs , GTA 5 / 4 , Dead Rising 3 , Resident Evil 6 up .

Gigabyte GA-B85M-HD3 Motherboard will this be fine ? for i5-4440 processor ?
