Cpu Cooler 2 Fans blow into each other

Hey guys,

I have got a 2 fanned cpu cooler. Should they blow into each other or should they create an airflow?

they should create air flow blowing out the back of the case it should be easy to switch the direction of the fan with a few screws or a latch that usually keep them in place
