CPU Cooler 3570k

I wanted to get your opinions on what cooler you think is best. I would like it to be under $50, but it can go more.

What do you think about the Noctua NH-D14?? It can look like crap but as long as it cools my CPU I don't care.

The D-14 and Thermalright Silver Arrow are pretty much the cream of the crop for air coolers, but the 212 EVO isn't much worse, but IS a LOT cheaper.
