CPU Cooler and MOBO Compatibility. Thermaltake Frio OCK and the Sabertooth Z87 by ASUS

I'm starting a PC build and am looking at getting these two components, the Thermaltake Frio OCK and the Sabertooth Z87 by ASUS. I just wanted to check if anyone has these components and/or know if they'll fit together (the VRM cooler is pretty big and might not clear the fans on the cooler.

they'll fit together without any problems what so ever, I have a X79 Board and a Noctua NH-D14, and it's huge. I'd be more worried about it not fitting in the case. So just check that your case is wide enough for a monster like that to fit.
