Question CPU Cooler and Power Supply Upgrade

I have the HP Desktop M01-F0024 with a Ryzen 5 3400G CPU and want to upgrade the CPU Cooler and Power Supply but cannot find any information about compatibility. It has an AMD 4 socket and the motherboard is a Mini ATX with the HP name of "Erica". I am running Windows 10 64 Bit

Why are you wanting to upgrade the cooling and power supply, for what is essentially a brand new system?
