Hello,

So currently I have an intel i5-4670k with a stock speed 3.4GHz and with the Heatsink it came with when I bought it.

I really want to OC my CPU to 4.0GHz and to do that I wanted to install a water cooler to support the OC.

Does that mean I need to upgrade my psu? My psu atm is 450w. And I'm hitting the bare minimum for my system (I have a 650ti Galaxy graphic card).

Hallp Please!

So do you suggest that I get CX500??
What happens if I get a psu that surpasses my requirement?

The CX500 is just what I had, if you surpass the needs you have extra power that can be used later for upgrading. If you plan on doing heavy upgrades a 750w model is better, if not, a 600 is more what you need. 500 will run, but you would like to have more headroom.
