I have a i5 4670k and i plan to overclock it and get a hyper 212 evo is there anything better than it for around the same price !!

Nope, and at that price it's a bargain, need to go up to about $70 and go Phantek or Noctua to do better, will keep a 4670K nice and cool up through about a 4.4-4.5 OC with decent case air flow
