Hello guys , I ordered the be quiet pure rock (about 35 euros) , but I did found some other coolers that are water coolers. My question is: does it makes any sense to buy a cheap 50 euro water cooler? Like coolermaster https://www.morele.net/chlodzenie-wodne-cooler-master-masterliquid-lite-120-mlw-d12m-a20pw-r1-1214128/ or corsair https://www.morele.net/chlodzenie-wodne-corsair-hydro-series-h45-cw-9060028-ww-912677/ or it doesn't metter at this price point and it doesn't makes any sense to buy it. I did had be quiet and coolermaster hyper 212 evo before but it was too loud for me. Thanks for answers. :)

Solution
Cheap AIOs are inferior to good air coolers and closed loops, performance-wise. Think of them as a jack-of-all-trades of sorts.
You'll have to spend $$$ for the good AIOs, but can get similar or better performance on an air cooler for less, or even half the price!
Air coolers are also less of a hassle to install/maintain - most of them are, with some exceptions(I'm looking at you, Dark Rock Pro 3). Noise level is probably the only thing AIOs have on air cooling.
cheap aio are louder and the only reason to get one is that you cant fit an air heatsink on your case, like when you are building a SFF pc and cant afford a low profile cpu cooler that performs better or equal to a cheap aio.

You are not telling me anything new. I am not a noob. I am just asking for these specific ones. If you wasn't in touch with them don't answer. My friend has be quiet aio and my other friend has h110 from corsair. :)

I am not going to continue arguing. No it doesn't. I want to know whether or not it makes sense to buy it over a be quiet purerock. Does the difference makes a good as an argument in temperatures. I don't know much about the cheap aio's. Sorry for not beying completly precise about my question. I just want to know a difference between those. Thanks for the answer and don't get mad. You got me wrong. I wasn't trying to make you angry. But reading the comment now I can see that it looks like that. I appologise! :)

Are you happy with your bequiet pure rock cooler? If yes, than don't bother get AIO

Does your bequiet pure rock cooler give you high temp? If yes, than I suggest go with 240mm rad over 120mm for more heat dissipation.

Speaking for myself, I bought a Thermaltake Water 3.0 240mm CLC a few months ago and I think its leaps and bounds better than my Hyper 212 Evo. Noise is the same (maybe a tad more idk?) but it keeps my Phenom II 940 BE really cool under its heavy OC.

While it's popular, the 212 is just an entry level air cooler. High-range overclockers need look elsewhere.

Thanks for the help guys. I got the be quiet cooler since today. I bought it so I can see if there is a point to return it and get the cheap aio. NO THERE ISN'T. It keeps my pentium on 41 degrees under full load. I checked on my friends i7 7700k (he had dark rock pro 3 , I bought pure rock which is cheaper by 20 euros) I have to say that both of the coolers perform exactly the same. The temps were about 67 degrees on the processor on both of them when overcclocked to 5.0 ghz. It's cheap , cool and quiet. I will not change it to a cheap aio. I just didn't had money to buy for example the h110 from corsair , but there is no point. Thanks everyone for the answers! :)

No problem.
But uhh, your buddy's 7700k runs much hotter than your pentium. That beefy cooler(dark rock pro 3) was a necessity. They do not perform the same. Just clearing that up.
