CPU Cooler choice

Hello ! I would like to buy an i5 8600 (non-K) @ 3.1 Ghz box.I was wondering,is the stock cooler good enough for it or should I buy an aftermarket cooler?Thank you !

stock cooler is good enough for non k processors as you are not going to overclock.
so there is no need to waste money on other air/water coolers.

Stock should suffice but they can get quite loud, try it and if it gets too loud or hot then replace it with a budget cooler such as the Cryorig H7, if your case supports it.

As wildcard pointed out the stock cooler can be a tad noisy but it is worth going with it at first and see if it bothers you. Also, it is not the prettiest if you have a windowed case.

Thank you guys. I will buy it and I will see if it is ok for myself.
Also, I am new to this Turbo Boost. I mean... I know what it does, But do I need to do some settings to get the max of Turbo Boost of 4.3 GHZ as it says on CPU's specs? Or I have just to activate it from BIOS and thats all?

No activating, just use the CPU, when the extra performance is needed the CPU will auto boost a few cores to 4.3ghz.
