Question CPU cooler comparison

Hi,
could you tell me which is the best and the worst cooler among the following?

• Arctic Freezer i35
• Cooler Master Hyper 212 dual fan
• Noctua NH-U9B SE2

I would say the noctua one is the best.

Not knowing your needs, I would say the noctua was the best by far.
In the past, I had difficulty mounting a hyper212 level.

All 3 aren't very good in terms of respectable cooling efficiency. Slight edge to Noctua.

I already have those coolers and an i5 4690k, FX 8350 and i5 12400f. I just have to choose which one to mount on which...

FX-8350? None of those coolers are really adequate. It just slurps too much power, and if you don't have the right motherboard, that cpu will cause the VRM to throttle, which will drop clocks, and make it look like it was cooling ok, when it actually wasn't.

The other 2 cpus, you could put any one of the coolers on them.

You're good on the motherboard, but still short on the coolers. It needs something bigger...
Or you could go into bios, lower the cpu's power limit, and use the Noctua cooler.
