Can I use my 8th gen i3-8100's stock cooler (LGA1151) on 10th gen i3-10100 (LGA 1200)? because both socket's fan mounting is similar and all the LGA1151 aftermarket coolers work on LGA1200. I noticed i3-8100's fan blades are slightly bigger than i3-10100's fan blades.

Also is Thermaltake-tg50 thermal paste is good because I don't have much options here in my local store. They don't have those Arctic ones. Thanks!

Yes, you can. The specs are the same.
But, I would expect to see no difference in performance.
Take your pick.

As to paste, anything will work. Any noticeable difference in performance will be minimal.

Of more import is to get a good level mount.
A key thing is to push down on DIAGONAL pins at the same time.
If you push one at a time, you will not get the cooler level.
Verify that all 4 pins are through the motherboard and locked.
