Hey Everyone I need some suggestions to buy a new cpu cooler.

I bought a 8GB Kit Kingston HyperX Beast DDR3-2400Mhz that were in sale in a local shop for 55€ and since I bought these ones now I want to OC my cpu its an i5-4670K and its running with the standard cooler, ofc its an insanity to do an OC with the standard cooler and I want some cooler suggestions to buy a compatible cooler for this set of rams, they are kinda tall. I've been searching for a few ones locally and I've found these "slim" ones:
-Thermalright True Spirit 140 Power
-Noctua NH-U14S
-Noctua NH-U12S

I Kinda like the Noctua ones but they are kinda expensive, the Thermalright one is a great cooler too but I don't know if its compatible at all.

I would like some Sugestions/Opinions to choose from one of these ones or other models, Above are my system specs.
CPU i5-4670k
GPU MSI GTX780Ti TF OC 3GB
PSU XFX Pro 750W Core Editon
MB MSI Z87-G43
SSD Samsung 840 EVO 250gb
HDD Seagate Barracude 1TB Sata III

Thanks! :)

Unfortunately I have the mobo for 2 months already..
Another simple question about these rams.
I can Buy 2 kits(4x4GB) of these rams witch are 55€(110€ both) to have 16gb of ram or I can buy 2x8GB for 140€
what is more worth for my build 4x4 or 2x8? I mean I'm looking forward to buy the 4x4 cause is more cheap than de 2x8, but is any downside by doing that?

And thanks for the Help

Its not only for gaming, yes I do play games but I use it the computer for 3d modelling too thats why I want to upgrade my ram with this promotion of my local store. These set of rams cost the same as standard 1600 ram

Its a zalman z11 plus it fits on the case with no problem at all the only thing I wanted to know if these Ram that I've mentioned is compatible with the Thermalright The cooler has good reviews, not good as a noctua but I save some money if I buy it.

With that case i somehow doubt that a cooler that tall would fit,but it's your choice.I would keep it under 160mm like the Noctua NH-U12S is.

The thermaltake is a vey good cooler and more than enough for overclocking, for that you could buy it and it wouldn't give problems with tall ram.You could even add a second fan to get a few degrees off.
