Hello!
I received a Raijintek Triton 140 cooler as a Christmas gift last year (2015) and ever since, the coolant level has been slowly, but very surely, dropping. I tried topping off the unit with some distilled water about two months ago when the issue first started. I found this to be very difficult due to the placement of the fill-port on the reservoir. From what I understand, the Triton has two different chambers, with one being the reservoir. Only this side of the unit is loosing coolant.
As previously mentioned, I have explored some alternative solutions. The first thing I did was connect the loop to another PSU and run only the Triton unit (no fan, as I figured the radiator could be leaking, but the fan dried the leak before it is visible) and found no leaks anywhere. I then tried to top it off with some water just to see if it would happen again.
I had mostly forgotten about the issue until today. I went to do my regular maintenance on my PC, and discovered that the unit is only about half-way full of coolant. I will attach some images. The unit was completely full when I received it.
Another thing you should note is that this is the revised version. You may find reports on the internet about people's units leaking; however, in my model they started using a different acrylic.
Replies are appreciated.
