Question CPU cooler fan replacement

Hey guys, I have a corsair H45 Liquid CPU cooler and i want to replace the fan on the radiator with a coolermaster MF120R rgb fan. My question is, how much will the cooling be affected ? The radiator is mounted behind the front fans as intake. Any replies will be much appreciated

It's a case fan, not suitable for use on radiators, you need a fan with high static pressure.

The Corsair fan bundled with your AIO has a CFM rating of 94 but no mention of static pressure while the fans you're looking at have a CFM rating of 54 give or take 10% but with a static pressure of 2.14.

Without the numbers for the Corsair fan, I can't say for sure if the static pressure is better or worse when you compare the two side by side.
