A question towards those with somewhat more testing experience with different PC components.

In this case it's regarding the performance difference between a variety of fans when attached to the same CPU Heatsink. When you compare performance data of different fans, for instance the BeQuiet Pure Wings and the equivalent (same size, Model Type) BeQuiet Silent Wings there is for instance a significant difference in Air Pressure.

Values:
Pure Wings 120mm PWM 1,25mmH2O
Silent Wings 120mm PWM 1,79mmH2O

Air Pressure is an important value with heatsinks due to the limited room the air can be pushed through. Here the Silent Wings fan provides around 40% more air pressure at full load.

Would this actually result in any real world temperature differences for the CPU or is most of the cooling capacity of a CPU cooler due to its heatsink?
