Question Cpu cooler fans working at different rpms

So the one fan that pulls the air in works at a higher rpm than the one that pushes air out(about 300 rpm difference).One fan is set to Turbo and the other is set to Standard speed pattern.My question is could this cause any problems in the future?Somehow damaging the heatsink etc.?
