Cpu cooler for and i5 4460

What is a good, cheap cpu cooler for my i5 4460? As I'm finding it's stock cooler after playing 10 min of a cpu intensive game like h1z1 king of the kill it turns onto max and makes a jet engine sound quiet.

If I bought this one, would it come with thermal paste?

Ok soz I haven't posted on the website in ages, the case is a coolermaster n200 and my budget is below £30 (this system is cheap)

The stock Intel cooler really should be adequate, you probably just need to adjust your fan speed profile. Any cooler will be loud if you're not running a good fan speed profile for quietness.

I have a i5 4440 with a cooler very much like this, I haven't broken 60 celsius.
