I can't afford to upgrade to a new computer right now so I was wondering if I can buy a cooler for my PC that can alleviate my temperature problems.

When I play a game, the max temperature rises to around 62-63C. Hard drive temp is around 30C. Video card temp is around 40C. At idle, my pc is hovering around 32-34. The video card I am using is a Radeon Sapphire 7750 (low power video card). The PSU is a 400Watt.

Is there a cooler that I can purchase that will keep my CPU temps from getting so high? And would I need to buy a new power supply if I get a cooler? I'm looking to only have to purchase a cooler and maybe thermal paste (which I've never done before).

Any help is appreciated!

The next one uses an back plate instead of push pins,it will also fit in smaller cases. It also comes with it's own little bag of cooling paste, but i added a decent paste nevertheless,

I thought the stock CPU temp was 60.1C from the Intel documents? I'm using CoreTemp to monitor the temperature.
