CPU cooler for i7-4790 (non-k) for RENDERING and GAMING!

So i just want to ask you guy's whats the best CPU Cooler for i7 4790 (non-k) i don't do overclock and i do rendering and gaming. By the way the CM HYPER 212 evo/x is out of stock here in my country it's really so stupid that they don't have stock of this product for almost 1year! So i want to take another good CPU cooler like CM Hyper with the same price for about $30 and with the good specifications too. I talk to the marketing guy on the following PC store and recommend me to buy a CPU cooler which the brand name is DeepCool (i forgot the item name) but it;s with the same price is it worth it?

Also that can fit on my motherboard (Asus H97M-E) a two block of memory is fine because my mobo is a four slot and won't affect my GPU (Sapphire Radeon R9 270 dual x)

There was a recent thread with a list of good air coolers. It seems to have gone missing (or I can't find it). I'll update when I find it. Or you could search and may have better success than me.
