cpu cooler for i7-8700k

Hello guys ,
I am planning a build and it includes i7-8700k, gigabyte ga h270 mobo and the thermaltake versa n26(atx mid tower) now i dont plan to overclock early but after 5 to 6 months after getting it so i cant go with liquid cooling as i have already crossed my budget so i want a suggestion of a good and reliable cpu cooler for this rig that would at most cost me around 40-55 dollars . I would be glad for any help.
And also that,
I was planning to buy the mini zotac gtx 1080 but now should i wait for the gtx 2080 (1180) volta as the price differnece according to previous years should be only 50 to 60 dollars so should i wait as i am planning it in my vacations(june to mid august) my priority is june or early july is it worth waiting cause i cant wait for that long

These are not compatible. H270 motherboard supports Sky Lake and Kaby Lake CPUs. i7-8700k - is Cofee Lake.

Either 7700K with H270 motherboard or 8700K (better choice) with Z370 motherboard. For the CPU cooler the Cryorig H7 would be sufficient. As for the GPU prices there pretty expensive currently so you may want to hold off until prices normalize, whenever that may be.
