Cpu cooler for intel i5 6600?

I have intel i5 6600 for almost 1 year...and it still running good up to now I'm using stock cooler..do i need to buy cpu cooler for better performance?

not yet.
but I'm playing gta 5, assassins creed syndicate, rise of the tomb raider and other high end games.
but i want to stress test cpu.. any stress test software? and how?
