CPU cooler for my MOBO.

(it is still shipping to me, i wanted to ask you if a MOBO comes with non conductive screws with it.)

I was looking for a cpu cooler under 80€ for my MOBO.

Hyper 212 Evo is a nice decent performance cooler for a pretty good price should only cost you 30-40euros

Thanks, and do you know if a new mobo comes with non-conductive screws? it is really important to me to know because i will have to buy them separately if not.

What do you need the non-conductive screws for? Motherboards typically don't come with any screws its your case that will come with screws if you are buying one.
