CPU cooler for not so wide case

I have a mid tower case from sentey http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811322036 it has a large fan on the side that limits my cooling options. I am wondering if this http://www.reeven.com/steropes-rc-1206-new-4/ would work, I am getting an 8350 or an i7, also I do not have low profile ram.

A Corsair H60 will fit in pretty much any case, and is a great cooler. Fits on any 120mm fan slot, and isn't too much wider than two fans. That one you linked is good, too, but the H60 will be a lot better.

Will you be overclocking? If so, get an 8320 if you choose AMD, as it's just a factory underclocked 8350.

You won't need low profile RAM as most standard RAM sticks are pretty short, unless it has a finned heatspreader which is what causes most issues.

The side fan should be removable so taller heatsinks should fit but taller heatsinks are mostly always wider so this will not help RAM issues.

As Ewok93 suggested, a closed loop cooler would be much better than the cooler you chose as it would eliminate the problems you are encountering now and it will fit in nearly every case.
