CPU Cooler for Overclocking i7 9700k

Hello,
I am in a dilemma right now in regards to the cooler for my new build, which is as follows:
CPU: Intel Core i7-9700K
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti (MSI Gaming X TRIO)
SSD: Samsung 970 Pro NVMe PCIe M.2 1TB
RAM: G.SKILL Trident Z DDR4 3600 C16 2x8GB
MBD: MSI MEG Z390 ACE (MS-7B12)
Case: Cougar Panzer EVO RGB
PSU: CORSAIR HX1200i (1200w)

I am looking to overclock the i7 9700k to 5.0 GHz on all cores. I will be using this build for gaming and data science (Machine Learning).

Would appreciate help with selecting an AIO liquid cooler, I was thinking of either NZXT Kraken x72 or Corsair H150i. and if you think that they are an overkill, then recommend me a smaller one.

Also, I have considered Corsair or NZXT because they cover for damaged parts in case of liquid leakage (I read it many forums).

I understand that the air coolers are as good, but I don't want to ruin the aesthetics by installing those.

So any of them will be good (Kraken X72 or H150i) or should I go for a lower one like (Kraken x62)?
