So I have a ryzen 1600x and as you may know it can pump out a lot of heat sometimes under load, so I started using the Gammaxx 400 as it was compatible so i had my hopes up but due to the low price it doesn't really perform to the standards I had hoped it would.
That being said my budget is around £40-£60 and I want it to natively support the am4 socket as I do not have to wait or pay extra for a extra bracket.
Also I would like the cooler to be as silent as possible as the noise is the only thing that bothers me as I have a 3fan gigabyte 1070Ti and in some games the fan does not even turn on during gaming so it is very silent. I thought a AIO might be the best for this scenario but I can only fit a 120mm rad in my case.
