CPU cooler for tiny case?

I have a AMD Athlon X4 860K, and a really tiny case.
I've screwed up my stock cooler trying to sand it (I'm new to this), so I want an aftermarket one that will cool my processor effectively (I get temperatures of 50-70C from the start and idling) with 76mm of room or less.

Any suggestions?

This is a Noctua fan, but they are almost the only company that knows how to make heatsinks for low profile cases.
